1. Recommendations are informational
Pairing suggestions are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. They are ideas, not professional advice. The restaurant reviews content before publishing it, but nothing replaces a conversation with the staff.
2. WineUp does not sell or serve alcohol
WineUp is a technology platform only. The restaurant controls pricing, availability, formats and service decisions. All alcohol transactions and service are the sole responsibility of the restaurant under applicable law.
3. Legal drinking age
Alcohol may only be served in accordance with applicable law, and you must satisfy legal drinking-age requirements. WineUp's digital 21+ acknowledgement is an on-screen acknowledgement, not identity verification — it does not replace the restaurant's ID check.
4. Allergies and dietary restrictions
Dish, ingredient and dietary information is supplied by the restaurant and is not verified by WineUp. WineUp does not guarantee allergen accuracy. Always confirm allergies and dietary restrictions directly with restaurant staff before ordering.
5. Pricing and availability
Final price and availability for any bottle are determined by the restaurant and may differ from what appears on screen.
6. Privacy
We do not ask you for account details. Like any web service, limited technical information (IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, temporary session identifiers) is processed to operate, secure and measure the service.
